While we strive for accuracy regarding rates (e.g., SOFR+125bps) and terms ($2M–$250M), final terms are determined by institutional lenders and investors. Buenger Capital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your reliance on our introductions or advisory services, nor for any actions taken by third-party institutional investors or lenders.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in St. Louis, MO.
